Amanda's love for travel started young with trips all over North America as a kid and her first Disney World visit at 4 years old, but it wasn't until her first trip to London in college that she really caught the "travel bug." She has called the Pittsburgh area home for many years since moving there after college, where she met her husband at Penn State. She currently lives north of Pittsburgh in Gibsonia with her husband Frank, son Will, daughter Madison and a sweet mini Bernedoodle named Elsa Shimmer : ) 

She previously worked in financial services, but after starting a family, her love for travel and experiencing adventures with her first kiddo was pulling her in a different direction. She eventually left the corporate world, started a family travel blog and has since been a Travel Advisor for 6+ years. Helping families create special memories has been the most rewarding thing. 

Since travel has always been a passion of hers, Amanda has traveled extensively across the US, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean- both with and without kids- and has put these experiences to use with planning the perfect trip for each client. She's been a lifelong Disney fan, and between visiting Disney World all year round as an annual passholder and visiting with her own kids since they were babies, she's also become an expert at helping families craft the perfect Disney vacations. She plans everything from Disney Destinations and Universal Parks to cruises, all-inclusive resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean (including Beaches and Sandals Resorts,) and European adventures. 

She loves planning family travel including multi-generational and multi-family trips and is also well-versed in planning couples trips. She firmly believes that trips are the best way to celebrate any occasion, and milestone birthday, honeymoon and anniversary celebrations are among her favorite vacations to plan.
