This fee includes an initial consultation to discuss your travel preferences and goals, the research and creation of at least three customized travel proposals, and up to two itinerary revisions (additional revisions may incur an extra fee). You will also receive a complete set of customized electronic travel documents, along with ongoing support and consultation throughout the planning process and during your trip.

Terms & Conditions:
This fee is separate from the cost of any travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, tours, or other services. Because planning begins immediately, the fee is non-refundable regardless of whether travel is ultimately booked, modified, or canceled. If your travel plans change, you choose a different destination, decide not to travel. Payment of the planning fee signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
