Perhaps you've been gifted a Walt Disney World or Disneyland vacation, or maybe you didn't know all of the benefits of using a travel advisor for your special memories.  Regardless, we can still assist you! For bookings not made with Upon A Star, you can transfer the booking to us within 30 days.  This allows us to service your booking and provide concierge planning services.  If you are outside of the 30-day transfer window, we can still help you for a planning fee.

Fees vary by party size and desired services.  Services provided are listed below.

  • Full concierge-style planning:

    • Assistance with deciding upon/making dining reservations
    • Assistance with deciding upon/scheduling FastPasses
    • Personalized, day-by-day itinerary and touring plan
    • Tips & tricks to get the most out of your vacation
    • Scheduling additional package add-ons that are not already included, like special dining or makeover experiences

  • Á La Carte Services:

    • Assistance with Dining Reservations, including recommendations and scheduling
    • FastPass scheduling and recommendations
    • Personalized Day-by-Day Itinerary including suggested touring plan and other tips
    • ECV/Stroller/Wheelchair rental assistance
