For bookings not made with Upon A Star, you can transfer the booking to us within 30 days.  This allows us to service your booking and provide concierge planning services.  If you are outside of the 30-day transfer window, we can still help you for a planning fee.

  • Assistance with Dining Reservations, including recommendations and scheduling

  • Lightning Lane Instructions and recommendations

  • Personalized Day-by-Day Itinerary including suggested touring plan and other tips

  • ECV/Stroller/Wheelchair rental assistance
