Epcot International Festival of the Arts is back!!!

t’s time for you to get your art on during the fourth Epcot® International Festival of the Arts! You can step inside the new life-sized frames of Van Gogh’s famous Café Terrace at Night or Sunflowers paintings to star in an Artful Photo Op; taste culinary wonders at the 12 festival Food Studios, presenting artfully crafted dishes and libations; watch uber-talented artists at work, then take home your favorite pieces; and can grab a seat for an unforgettable complimentary performance of the Disney on Broadway Concert Series.

It’s all happening now through Feb. 24 at this fourth annual Epcot festival celebrating the visual, culinary and performing arts. You can even exercise your own artistic talent at multiple interactive exhibits and workshops. You can bring your families for fun-filled activities like Figment’s Brush with the Masters scavenger hunt, Animation Academy at America Gardens Theatre and the Expression Section: Paint-by-Number wall mural in Future World. You can interact with the Epcot Living Statues (laughs guaranteed!) in Future World East, and marvel at acrobatic performances of the Art Defying Gravity troupe at the World Showcase Plaza stage. 

For a primo photo session at some of the festival’s most popular stops, you can step into life-sized versions of famous paintings like those of Van Gogh, Edvard Munch and Leonardo da Vinci. There’s an homage to artist Frida Kahlo at the Mexico pavilion, and they'll want to jump into the Peter Pan Storybook photo-op before posing with Washington Crossing the Delaware. You can be can silly with the kids at the Green Landing Family Play Zone. Foodie Guide to Epcot International Festival of the Holidays 2019

The Epcot® International Festival of the Holidays Presented by AdventHealth is BACK! Celebrating joyous holiday traditions from around the globe, this year’s festival is presented by AdventHealth and runs Nov. 29 through Dec. 30, 2019 and features a variety of yuletide decorations, flavors, family-friendly activities, and of course, the wondrous “Candlelight Processional.”

The official Holiday Cookie Stroll is also returning this year with yummy cookies galore! You can purchase any five cookies from any of the official cookie stroll locations noted in their Passport, making sure to collect a matching stamp for each cookie purchased. Once they’ve collected 5 stamps, bring the stamped Passport to Holiday Sweets & Treats for a complimentary completer cookie!  This activity is great for the kids, and can be completed at your leisure. They can even bring back your stamped Passport to Epcot at any time during the festival to complete their stroll. And what’s more, there’s a variety of new cookies for to enjoy this year!

Epcot International Festival of the Arts Returns to Epcot Jan. 17-Feb. 24, 2020

The annual Epcot® International Festival of the Arts at Walt Disney World® Resort invites Guests to immerse themselves in the visual, culinary and performing arts in ways that only Disney can offer, including live concerts and art performances, workshops, art signings and much more. Today, we’re happy to share that this popular festival will return to the park Jan. 17-Feb. 24, 2020.

One highlight of the festival is the Disney on Broadway Concert Series, in which Disney on Broadway stars pair up to perform their favorite songs from award-winning productions at the America Gardens Theatre. We’re happy to confirm that the Disney on Broadway Concert Series will again return to the park nightly during the festival. 

As previously announced, the new “Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along” will debut in January 2020 in the France pavilion in addition to Impressions de France. This new sing-along adventure is directed by Don Hahn, producer of both the animated and live-action versions of this tale as old as time. “Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360” will debut in January 2020 in the Canada pavilion with new scenes and a new story. The Land pavilion will welcome a new film, “Awesome Planet,” in January 2020 showcasing the beauty, diversity and dynamic story of the planet.

You will be able to cap off your day by taking in the new nighttime show “Epcot Forever,” which debuts Oct. 1, 2019. The show will be an all-new spectacle of fireworks, music, lighting, lasers and choreographed special-effect kites that will take guests on a journey through the past, present and future of Epcot. Before this amazing new show debuts, don’t forget to bid a fond farewell to “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” before it closes on Sept. 30, 2019.

Candlelight Processional Narrators Announced!

The holiday season is the most wonderful time of the year and with it comes the return of Epcot® International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth. This special event runs Nov. 29-Dec. 30, 2019, inviting you to discover holiday cheer throughout Epcot and across all 11 World Showcase pavilions. Seasonal fun includes sweet and savory treats at Holiday Kitchens throughout the park and special entertainment such as the Guest-favorite Candlelight Processional.

Held in the America Gardens Theatre, the Candlelight Processional is a cherished part of the Walt Disney World® holiday season, combining the talents of a live orchestra, massed choir and celebrity narrator in the retelling of the traditional Christmas story in a spectacular and heartwarming performance!

Here’s the line-up of celebrity narrators* confirmed to-date, and stay tuned for updates as additional narrators are announced:

Availability is limited and advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 180 days prior to your visit. Bookings for Candlelight Processional Dining Packages will begin on July 3, 2019.

Following the show, you can shop “around the world” to find the perfect holiday gift with a variety fragrances, specialty handbags, ornaments, toys, dolls, jewelry and stocking stuffers available at merchandise locations across Future World and World Showcase. The 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

The 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will run August 29-November 23. That makes it

the longest Food & Wine Festival in the park’s history at 87 days! Eat to the Beat Concert Series will

run August 29-November 19 and will feature a lineup of pop, rock, R&B, country, Christian, swing

and Latin artists. Note that the concert series will conclude a few days earlier than the festival in

order to set the stage for the return of the Candlelight Processional. This year’s festival will continue

its tradition of offering tasty dishes, fine dining events, and appearances by favorite Disney

culinarians and top celebrity chefs.

The 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays returns November 29-December 30. The

park’s seasonal celebration invites guests to discover holiday cheer across all 11 World Showcase

pavilions and throughout the park. Special entertainment, storytellers, seasonal favorites at Holiday

Kitchens and eye-catching holiday decor are all part of the fun. The Candlelight Processional, a

holiday must-do for many Epcot guests, will feature nightly retellings of the traditional Christmas

The the Story of ‘Coco’ comes to Epcot This Spring!

We are so excited for this new addition at Epcot®! At Epcot®, you can explore World Showcase and discovering more about each of the countries represented. And now more than ever, it’s a place where you can experience the culture of those countries, as well as the wonderful stories they’ve inspired.

Beginning March 6, 2019, the tender story and vibrant music of Disney•Pixar’s “Coco” comes to the Mexico pavilion, courtesy of the incomparable Mariachi Cobre.

The immensely talented musicians of Mariachi Cobre are joined by a pair of Folklórico dancers to tell the tale of Miguel Rivera, his love of music, and his journey to find what matters most – his familia. The dancers perform to the music of the film, pulling everyone into the celebration, and Miguel himself appears in the form of a whimsical, hand-crafted puppet.

This new “Coco”-inspired show expands the repertoire of Mariachi Cobre, who will also continue enchanting guests at the Mexico pavilion with performances of traditional mariachi music.

This spring, you can gather your familia as Mariachi Cobre presents the story and music of “Coco,” beginning March 6, 2019, during the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.

Meet Ralph and Vanellope at Epcot!

Ralph and Vanellope from Disney’s animated adventure “Ralph Breaks the Internet” have been meeting their fans at Disney Parks since last fall, when their movie debuted in theaters. Starting this week, you can find these best friends in an all-new location at Epcot®.

The staff of the Imagination Institute is now conducting a new experiment, creating a portal into other dimensions. That portal has opened a window on the internet for Ralph and Vanellope to step through, right into the ImageWorks area of the Imagination! pavilion, where you can meet with them every day.

The hit film “Ralph Breaks the Internet” is now available on Digital and comes to Blu-ray on Feb. 26, 2019. Available for the first time on 4K Ultra HD!

‘IllumiNations’ Dining Package Coming to Epcot

Starting Jan. 19, 2019, you can enjoy a delicious meal and specially-reserved viewing for the farewell season of "IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth" with the new dining package!

The “IllumiNations” Dining Package, allows you to sit back and relax on the patio of the Rose & Crown Dining Room, located in the United Kingdom Pavilion, while eating classic British fare and enjoying sweeping views of World Showcase Lagoon. The Rose & Crown patio has a fabulous view of the nighttime spectacular!

The package includes a prix fixe menu that features a selection of Rose & Crown favorites, as well as unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You will start your meal off with a Scotch Egg or the United Kingdom Cheese Platter, and follow up with popular entrées such as Rose & Crown’s signature Fish and Chips, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Pan-roasted Scottish Salmon, or Bangers and Mash. And for dessert, you will love the Pudding Platter Trio featuring Sticky Toffee Pudding, English Trifle, and Chocolate Nougat Bar. The 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

Starting Thursday, June 14, 2018, favorite festival events including celebrity chef demonstrations, Eat to the Beat dining packages, Party for the Senses grand tasting experiences, beverage and cheese seminars and other fun events go on sale.

The festival’s 23rd year runs from Aug. 30-Nov. 12, 2018.

Celebrity chefs this year include new stars like Cooking Channel host Tiffani Thiessen and Richard Blais, along with returning favorites like Alex Guarnaschelli, Robert Irvine, Masaharu Morimoto, Buddy Valastro, Art Smith and Carla Hall and many others.

Brand new events to this year’s festival include:

• • Sunday Brunch with the Chef: This two-hour event includes a brunch buffet and featuring a distinguished culinary television personality.  While enjoying a meal inspired by some of our VIP guest’s favorite dishes, attendees will be part of an in-depth question-and-answer session featuring kitchen tips, tricks and insights. Finally, foodies are in for a fabulous pièce de résistance: a sparkling wine toast and an exclusive meet-and-greet photo opportunity with our celebrated gourmet guest.

• Food & Beverage Pairing: Your Clients can learn from the pros at these 45-minute sessions, held each Friday to Sunday. They can enjoy a collaboration between the featured chef and beverage presenter, pick up a few tips and best of all – taste the demonstrated dish and beverage pairing.

Family fun activities will abound during the festival, including the return of Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak scavenger hunt, and new offerings like an interactive playground, a character dance party on Friday and Saturday evenings and a new Junior Chef Kitchen, program offered every Sunday and designed with kids in mind.

Egg-stravaganza scavenger and more at Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival

From March 16-April 1, 2018 you can visit the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and participate in our Egg-stravaganza scavenger hunt – hunting high and low in World Showcase for “eggs” that portray favorite Disney characters. 

As you find the hidden Disney Character-themed “eggs” in the park, you can record their discoveries by placing a corresponding sticker on a specially themed Egg-stravaganza map. Maps and stickers can be purchased for $5.99, plus tax at the following parks and locations:

• Disney Trader
• Pin Central
• World Traveler

When you have found all of the “eggs” and complete the scavenger hunt map, you can return it to Disney Traders for a sp-egg-tacular surprise.

Also, featured will be a new springtime scavenger hunt called Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration. In this hunt, Disney’s favorite honey bee, Spike, has been pollinating his way around the festival, giving gardeners of any age the chance to follow his pollination trail around World Showcase at Epcot.

It’s easy to start this new scavenger hunt. You can pick up a garden map and stickers at Port of Entry. Then, it’s time to look for Spike! 

As you explore the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival, be on the lookout for Spike as he pollinates Epcot’s gardens. In each garden, you have to search for the plant Spike has pollinated, identifiable by Spike himself and a Spike’s Pollen Nation Exploration plant stake. Once you find him, they can add the corresponding sticker to your map. 

After your journey is complete, you can return their map for a springtime surprise.

New to this year’s lineup include Matt Bomer (“White Collar,” “The Last Tycoon,”) and Star Wars fan favorite Warwick Davis, who played Wicket the Ewok in “Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.” Also, new to the event is television Legend Pat Sajak and TV star CCH Pounder, who was recently at Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park for the grand opening of Pandora – The World of Avatar.

The processional is performed three times per night (5 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.) during the holiday season at the America Gardens Theatre.  Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and The Garden Grill will have breakfast, lunch and dinner options again as well as Captain’s Grille at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort,** with breakfast and dinner options being offered at Trattoria Al Forno at Disney’s BoardWalk.

Candlelight Dining Packages for breakfast start at $35 plus tax per person for adults and $21 plus tax per person for children, ages 3-9. Candlelight Dining Packages for lunch and dinner start at $44 plus tax per person for adults and $15.50 plus tax per person for children, ages 3-9. Epcot admission is required and not included in the dining packages.

The Candlelight Processional celebrates time honored traditions and Epcot comes alive through the sights and sounds of the countries of World Showcase, and live performances enliven the park throughout the day.

YUMMY! Epcot's 35th International Food & Wine Festival offerings!

If you're a Disney fan and you love food and wine, then you likely know Epcot's 35th International Food & Wine Festival is kicking off! The festivities begin August 31st! 

Tastings, seminars, concerts, and 35 kiosks help celebrate the variety of bites and beverages this popular festival is serving up this year. 

Here are a few of the new offerings for 2017! 

The Odyssey Pavilion is serving up eats with tributes to the past, present & future with a Chilled Scotch Egg, Zesty Cheeseburger & Cheddar Cheese Macaroni Handwich (hello, YUM?!), L'Orange Cotton Candy & Sprite with Boba Pearls! 

Head over to Meet the Chefs and watch the masters demonstrate their skills in Disney restaurant kitchens, participate in seminars within the festival (some offered for a fee), or listen to their time-tested tips & tricks to help you in your kitchen! New chefs this year include Chad Johnson, Daniella Malfitano & Jet Tila to name a few! 

Brand new kiosks for 2017 include: 

Active Eats ... Try the Sweet Avocado Crema offered with a matching beverage & more! 

Coastal Eats ... Sail on in here to try Lump Crab Cake paired with a Pacific Coastal wine! 

Flavors From Fire ... Love Spicy? Try the Piggy Wings or Chocolate Picante! Hot, hot, hot! 

Light Lab ... Thirsty? Savor some sips from this kiosk's selection of drafts, spirits & vitamin waters! 

The Almond Orchard ... If you're feeling a bit nutty after walking through the World Showcase, take a bite out of their Banana Almond Sundae! 

Returning to the festival this year after a bit of a hiatus are kiosks for India, Spain & Thailand! What snacks are you hoping to try this year? 

Feel like dancing as you're eating & drinking your way around the world? Stop by the America Gardens Theatre each night for the Eat to the Beat concert series! Artists such as Lauren Alaina, Fuel, Kenny G, Tiffany, Hanson, Living Colour and more will have you moving in your seat! MmmmBop! 

AND, who doesn't love CHEESE?! Guest cheese makers will explain the flavor profile of popular cheeses as well as their featured regions, while guests sample a variety of artisanal bites paired with complementary wines & craft beers. Internationally renowned cheese experts will also be leading seminars serving up a bit of fromage from all over the world including France, Italy, and the Mediterranean. Taste Old World pairings of wine & cheese as well as British & American selections!
